The name itself, Naviraasat, signifies a Fresh Heritage—the art of elevating centuries-old Indian culinary wisdom and global techniques into a sophisticated feast. It perfectly amalgamates "Navi" (New) and "Viraasat" (Legacy). On a deeply personal note, it includes the name of our founder's younger daughter, Navishtha Arora (fondly called Navi), whose passion for baking and grilling inspired this journey.

NGPL is founded by Nitin Arora, a professional with close to 30 years of experience in customer service and IT Service Delivery. A passionate foodie, a culinary enthusiast, and a perfectionist, he serves as a strategy advisor, public speaker, and leadership coach.

Post decades of corporate excellence in renowned global organizations, Nitin is now following his true passion for food. He brings all his corporate knowledge and unwavering commitment to culinary arts into NGPL. The brand is built on his belief that dining should be nothing less than a regal experience, focusing on high quality and exceptional customer service without compromising affordability.
